Closed Alpha Terms of Use
The working participation rules for invited testers while GoJumpingJack is under active development.
This working closed-alpha document supports product testing. It is not a substitute for the final legal review required before public launch.
Operator and contact
GoJumpingJack is a product of Jumping Jack LLC. Product and account questions may be sent to support@gojumpingjack.com. The GoJumpingJack product name is used here without representing that a pending DBA or trademark process is complete.
Who may participate
Closed-alpha accounts are for people who are at least 18. Public city browsing does not require an account. Do not share your account or use it to impersonate another person or organization.
A test service
Features, data, availability, and rules may change during testing. GoJumpingJack does not offer flight booking, payment, emergency, or guaranteed travel-advice services in this phase. Verify time-sensitive information with an authoritative source.
Your contributions
Keep ownership of content you create. By submitting it, you give GoJumpingJack a limited permission to store, display, format, review, moderate, and distribute it as needed to operate the service. Upload only material you have the right to share and provide required attribution or disclosures.
Community integrity
Do not manipulate votes, reports, reputation, rankings, reviews, or city activation. Do not post unlawful, deceptive, harassing, dangerous, privacy-invasive, or infringing material. Commercial relationships and complimentary experiences must be disclosed.
Review and access
New contributions may remain private until reviewed. Content can be corrected, limited, or removed for safety, rights, accuracy, or policy reasons. A contribution record or reputation score never grants moderation authority automatically.
External services and commercial relationships
External links open provider-controlled services with their own terms and privacy practices. GoJumpingJack does not sell organic ranking or paid placement in Phase 1. Contributors must truthfully disclose ownership, employment, payment, complimentary access, family ties, sponsorship, and other material relationships.
Reports, appeals, and intellectual property
Use item reports for community concerns, eligible appeals for consequential moderation decisions, and the Copyright Center for copyright notices or counter-notices. Raw report volume is not a final verdict, and misuse of reports or appeals may be limited.
Privacy, maintenance, and termination
The Privacy Notice explains data handling. Protected maintenance may temporarily pause changes while account access, privacy, recovery, safety, reports, and copyright paths remain available where operationally possible. Access may be limited or terminated for security, legal, abuse, or policy reasons.
No emergency or travel guarantee
GoJumpingJack is not an emergency service. Local knowledge, events, maps, safety reminders, prices, schedules, and travel information can change and are not guaranteed. Verify consequential or time-sensitive information with an authoritative source.
Working legal terms
These closed-alpha terms use versioned effective dates. Material changes require an explicit reacceptance decision. Warranty, liability, dispute, governing-law, and jurisdiction language remains counsel-controlled and is not activated for public launch until counsel records approval.
