This working closed-alpha document supports product testing. It is not a substitute for the final legal review required before public launch.
Our commitment
GoJumpingJack is tested with keyboard navigation, semantic landmarks, visible focus, reflow, zoom, contrast, reduced-motion preferences, and current browser accessibility tools. We continue to test as workflows change.
Request help
Email support@gojumpingjack.com with the page, task, browser or assistive technology, and the barrier you encountered. Do not include passwords or sensitive private information. A signed-in accessibility feedback category is also available.
Alternate formats
The Help Center provides HTML role guides and downloadable text-readable PDFs. Contact support if another reasonable format would help you use the service.
