43rd street deli and breakfast SLAPS! Definitely a must visit breakfast place. They have weekly specials that are always so interesting and flavorful. Special “snacks” for the table, drink creations, and yummy everything! 100/10, would absolutely recommend. See attached pics!

I haven’t been but it’s the newest restaurant downtown next to The Top.

Excellent spot to stop, grab, and go.

It’s also fun to sit in either of their locations downtown or on tower road. Despite being recognized on the food network it’s a definitive under-known spot in the greater Gainesville area and its surroundings.

Weekend Specials are eclectic and to die for.

This place is the bomb.com! Went for a birthday dinner tonight, we all got AYCE hot pot, and it was phenomenal! Lots of fresh veggies, noodles and rice oh my! Very fun vibe, great sauce options too. Staff is very friendly and they have a cool robot to deliver plates! 10/10

If you haven't explored it yet, it's a great way to have some variety. Watching a local play, attending a comedy or musical, seeing a stand up in our area. These are very interconnected way of spicing up life by trying something completely different. Enjoying a local venue is a way to make a place you think you know feel new. With new thoughts and a way to break patterns in life where we do not need repetition. The above is an easy way to dip your toes in that.

Heartwood Sounds Stage, a local music festival and venue.

Has constant concerts of all genre's in a pavilion of restaurants. It also sells tickets for very affordable prices and has events.

I appreciate the helpful group of chess players who hang out here, they all have a wide variety of skills and are earnest while playing together at Voltaire's.

It's been helpful to my learning chess, it's hard to find a community who is as open and as supportive when it comes to playing chess. It's a weekly event, all are welcome, people participate from 6:00 PM to 10:00 every Thursday.

The Resident is a fantastic, cutsey brunch place! Their drinks and food specials are amazing and always a hit. I love studying here and visiting with friends!

Corks and Colors (located in WestGate and Haile!) is a fantastic artistic space to visit! Sup fun drinks, paint ceramic pieces, have fun and vibe! Overall 10/10 to beat the Sunday scaries!

Haile Plantation this Saturday is doing a farmers market in its quaint historic district. Some of the food is especially rewarding. - 8:30 to 12:00
